The M-Safe Surgical Mask is a 3-layer Type IIR Sisposable Face Mask with elastic ear loops and nose strip. These surgical masks have a bacterial filtration capacity of BFE> 98% and meet the EN 14683: 20149 standard and are CE certified.

Type IIR masks have a double effect. They have a BFE of at least 98% and are splash resistant. Type IIR masks are a European standard and the 'R' indicates moisture resistance, which offers more protection than a standard mask because they prevent potentially infected moisture particles from entering the respiratory system. Type IIR masks are recommended for sale to healthcare facilities.

How to put on your Face Mask:

1. Clean your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitizer, before touching the mask;
2. Determine the correct position of the mask. The stiff, adaptable edge should be placed toward the top, to go over your nose;
3. Hold the mask by the ear loops. Place a loop around each ear;
4. Mold the stiff edge to the shape of your nose.

How to remove your Face Mask:

1. Clean your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitizer, before touching the mask;
2. Avoid touching the front of the mask, since this is the area that is most likely to be contamined;
3. Hold both of the ear loops at the same time, then gently lift and remove the mask away from your face;
4. Dispose of your mask. Then, clean your hands again using soap and water, or hand sanitizer.

Keep in mind that each mask is disposable and should, therefore, only be worn once.
