Advantages of Cocao Shells

Usage
First remove the weeds present. Then a cocoa top layer of 3 to 4 cm evenly over the ground. Sprinkle the cocoa shells to prevent blow-out. After 6 weeks the caps have a deep brown color. Any molding belongs to the natural digestion process and disappears naturally. If any residues stay behind, a new layer can be added immediately next year.

Warning
Although it happens only occasionally, dogs sometimes eat cocoa shells. Because dogs can react violently to a substance in cocoa (applies to chocolate as well as to cocoa shells), we recommend looking out for dogs when it comes to chocolate and fresh cocoa shells. Should your dog unexpectedly eat cocoa shells or chocolate, we advise to go to the vet as soon as possible and report what the dog has eaten.
