The Box Tree Moth is spreading further and further across the Netherlands and has been a serious pest for the Box Tree plants in recent years. The caterpillars of the harmful moth feed within webbing and can completely defoliate the box plants. ECOstyle had allready the nematodes against the caterpillars, now (spring 2018) follows a natural fighter of the adult moth: the BUXUSMOTVAL (Box Tree Moth Trap). The delta trap catches the moths very effectively, with the catch being visible. The box tree moth does not have the chance to grow into a pest and the box plants remain green and healthy.
